Since 2001, I have been offering personal training programs and coaching to clients across Surrey and Hampshire.

From my state-of-the-art private gym in Fleet, I provide a range of different services. These include strength and conditioning, sports-specific training, body fat reduction and toning, core stability and injury rehabilitation.

I am a firm believer that fitness should be a lifestyle choice, not a chore. In the fitness world, there is also no such thing as a quick transformation — at least, not a healthy, drug-free one. With my tailored personal training programs, one-to-one coaching and flexible dieting plans, I aim to make fitness fun, enjoyable and sustainable. So, you can happily and healthily integrate your fitness routine into your current lifestyle!

I also believe that health and fitness should be accessible to everyone — not just those people who have the time to go to the gym every day. From mature clients looking for rehabilitation following surgery to expectant mothers and hardcore bodybuilders, I have vast experience training people of all ages, abilities and body compositions.
